Set on a prestigious road in Camps Bay - this large property has been subdivided. We explored alternatives to set the subdivision lines and opted for a panhandle which allows maximum design for width to view. The upper property benefits from use rights on the concrete roof of the lower property for gardens and a pool. This extends the actual usable and saleable footprint considerably. The 2 subdivided properties can both have single or double dwellings. The present configuration has a large luxury home on the upper property and a double dwelling on the lower property. We are busy with the alternative of 2 dwellings on each - a total of 4 units.
